Shipping Policy

At Fleurac, every order is packed with care and dispatched from our studio in Melbourne, Australia.

We will process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, while ensuring your products arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During launch periods, promotions, or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping
$14.95 AUD
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Complimentary Standard Shipping
Available on all Australian orders over $200 AUD.

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations, currently New Zealand.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing.

Please note Fleurac is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international orders.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@fleuracfragrance.com.au.


Shipping Notes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we may not be able to make changes.

Fleurac is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the shipping carrier, though we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues with the carrier.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Fragrance Shipping

Some fragrance products may be classified by carriers as dangerous goods due to their composition, if they contain alcohol. No Fleurac Fragrancs contain alcohol but some customs and border security may assume. We do our best to have clear and accurate HS Tarrif codes. This can occasionally affect shipping methods or delivery times, particularly for international orders.
