Returns & Refund Policy
At Fleurac, product integrity, and your safety are extremely important to us.
Because our products are applied directly to the skin and must be maintained in clinically clean condition, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, opened products, or products that have been used.
We appreciate your understanding.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes:
- preference changes (including scent preference as it's highly personal)
- accidental purchases
- incorrect product selection
- opened or used items
We encourage you to read all product information carefully before purchasing, and to contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fleuracfragrance.com.au with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the product and packaging
We’ll assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fleuracfragrance.com.au, and we’ll make it right.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as it reasonably should, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under your consumer guarantees.
